From the Nininger Collection of Meteorites "Immediately following one of our lectures in Hugoton High School, a small discarded fragment was examined on the farm of J.D. Lynch. Noting that it was a weathered fragment torn from a larger mass, a search was made of the field and a great 770 pound aerolite excavated." The Hugoton main mass is covered in thumbprints and is now housed at ASU. This is a 33 gram fragment with Schwade Collection number S236.
